Uploaded PDF, DOCX and image files are read to extract text. The uploaded file itself is not retained as a permanent resume or job-description file by this workflow. Extracted text may remain in your browser session, while contact records, lead interests and resulting assessments may be stored after you consent.
We use it to provide job discovery, skill-gap analysis, course recommendations, support and requested follow-up; remember consented contact details; record interest in an external resource; improve reliability; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations.
We may use hosting, database, analytics, document-processing and AI service providers under appropriate arrangements. External job, course and partner links are governed by the destination provider’s own privacy terms. Processing may occur outside your country.
We retain information only as reasonably needed for these purposes, support, compliance and dispute handling.
